Associate Manager, AI Architect

Position summary:

As part of the Global Process Excellence organization, the AI Solutions Architect will play a strategic role within the Intelligent Automation, driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across Global Finance and other business functions.

This position will partner with business leaders and the Enterprise Digital & Technology (EDT) organization to identify opportunities, define AI strategies, and deliver scalable AI solutions that generate measurable business value. The role requires expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and modern AI technologies, combined with strong communication and leadership skills to guide initiatives from ideation through production deployment.

The AI Solutions Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technology teams, ensuring AI solutions are aligned with enterprise standards, security requirements, and strategic objectives.

What will you do:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and define AI opportunities aligned with business goals.

• Lead AI discovery workshops and facilitate conversations that translate business challenges into AI solutions.

• Develop AI roadmaps and implementation strategies in collaboration with business teams and EDT.

• Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and related technologies.

• Collaborate closely with EDT teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and technology standards.

• Lead AI initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle, from ideation and solution design to deployment, adoption, and value realization.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend opportunities for business transformation.

• Mentor developers and technical teams on AI solution design and best practices.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, solution architecture, or intelligent automation.

• 3+ years of experience leading AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.

• Strong understanding of AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI governance principles.

• Experience partnering with business leaders to define AI strategies and build AI roadmaps.

• Experience working closely with enterprise IT organizations and cross-functional global teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Travel Percentage: 20%
