What we collect, and what we do not
What we collect
Your email address, if you choose to receive the daily briefing. That is the only thing we ask you for anywhere on this site.
Analytics about how pages are used, through Google Analytics, which runs on every page and sets cookies in your browser. It tells us which pages are read and roughly where readers are, not who you are.
Ordinary server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address and browser type, as a normal part of serving a website.
What we do not collect
There are no public user accounts, so there is no name, no password and no profile.
Nothing on this site is for sale, so we never collect payment or card details of any kind.
We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts the site and processes server logs. Supabase provides the database where subscriber records are stored. Resend delivers the email briefing. Google Analytics provides usage measurement.
Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not pass your data to anyone else.
Your choices
Every briefing carries an unsubscribe link. Using it stops the email and deactivates your record immediately — you do not have to ask us.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. In practice that is your email address and its subscription state.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser, or use a browser or extension that blocks Google Analytics, without losing access to anything on the site.
How long we keep it
Subscriber records are kept while the subscription is active, and after an unsubscribe we retain the record in a deactivated state so that we do not accidentally re-add the address to a future send.
Analytics and server logs are retained according to the defaults of the providers named above.
A note on job postings
The job postings this site counts come from employers' own public career feeds. They are company data, not personal data — job titles, locations and links. We do not collect or store anything about applicants, and we have no relationship with anyone who applies to a role we list.
Contact
For anything about your data, including a copy or a deletion request, write to contact@aijobs.report. AI Jobs Report is published by Straits AI Group; there is more about who we are on the about page.
