Terms of use

Short, because the site is simple: it publishes numbers and writing, it is free, and it does not hold accounts or take payments.

What this is

AI Jobs Report is a website that publishes a daily count of open AI roles at a named panel of employers, together with writing about AI and employment. It is published by Straits AI Group.

It is free. There are no user accounts, nothing is for sale, and there is no subscription tier. The only thing you can give us is an email address, if you choose to receive the daily briefing, and you can remove it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Using our data

The counts we publish — the daily series, the employer and sector figures, and the CSV export — are released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. You may use them commercially, chart them, and quote them in your own reporting. We ask that you attribute AI Jobs Report and link to the page you took the figure from, so a reader can check the method.

Our written analysis, page design and code are not covered by that licence and remain ours.

Job postings belong to the employers who published them. We store titles, locations and links, and we publish counts and link-outs — we do not republish employers' posting text, and you should not treat anything here as a licence to do so.

Fair use of the site

Read the site, download the CSV, and use the public API endpoints at a reasonable rate. Do not hammer them, do not attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not public, and do not present our figures as something other than what the methodology says they are.

The embeddable counter is free to place on your own site. It must keep its link back to the methodology.

What we do not warrant

The figures are published as measured, and measurement can be wrong. Feeds go down, employers restate their own listings, and definitions change — when ours change we say so on the methodology page. The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

The headline AI Jobs Clock is a modelled indicator calibrated to a published third-party projection, not a count. It is labelled as such wherever it appears and should never be cited as a measurement.

Do not make hiring, investment or career decisions on these numbers alone. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Straits AI Group is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or its data.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Questions about these terms, our data licence, or a figure you want to cite: contact@aijobs.report.

How the numbers are produced is set out in full on the methodology page, and the panel we measure is listed on the employers page.
