Employers face retention battles in semiconductor teams and must redesign jobs to reflect agent-centered workflows. The immediate story is churn in a single rivalry; the bigger story is an employment map bending toward incentives on one side and automation of responsibilities on the other. The organizations that can align compensation, skills development, and role redesign will capture the upside of that tension rather than be run by it.
